Vechile Impound Information
Vehicles may be released during our office business hours. Our
office business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
For after hours release a fee will be applied. For a vehicle release
please have the following items ready.
1. Valid form of a picture ID
(drivers license, passport, government issued ID)
2. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle
3. A law enforcement release if applicable.
Q: What is a vehicle release:
A: A vehicle release is issued by the law enforcement agency that
originally towed your vehicle. It is best to call us first to inquire
if you will need a release for your vehicle.
4. Cash or Credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.
Property releases
We only release property during business hours
1. Two forms of ID are required.
One must be a government issued photo ID
2. You must be the registered owner
3. You must fill out a property release form at our office
We do not allow video our photography to be taken in our facility.
Only one person may enter our impound area at any time.
